• Engage and coordinate with 3rd party consultants as required. 
• Completing the documentation set.

4. Construction Certificate

(The set of drawings and specifications with construction details for CC approval to enable the project to be built)

5. Construction Administration

• Assist in organising a suitable and personalised contractor.
• Respond to questions raised during construction 
• Conduct Site Inspection with inspection report as required. 

Notes

* Small-scale project may not require approval, our consultants will advise after the initial consultation.

* Step 3 & 4 can be consolidated if applied via CDC (Complying Development Certificate).

* We provide additional services such as 3D modelling, Perspective Images, Flythrough Video,  lighting design and opinion of probable cost.
